It is named after a local character named Jack Lemma. Jack was a meat cutter by trade when one fateful day he cut off two of his own fingers ...... thus, the dubious distinction. Jack has since passed away, but his spirit lives on. Three Fingered Jacks's offers family dining in a fun and relaxed western atmosphere.
